7 Habits of Highly Effective Junior Designers
- Work quickly. Produce a lot.
- Attend to details.
- Be versatile.
- Make an effort to learn.
- Anticipate problems.
- Set goals.
- Display a positive attitude.
As a supervisor to designers (and once a junior designer), I find these very true.
And notice that it has nothing to do with talent. Yes, nothing to do with talent.
