Eat Smart

Recently many people start asking me tips on weight-losing. Well, it is as simple as exercise more and eat smarter. People will then ask, what does it mean by eating smarter? Well, that is to avoid food which is high calories but won't fill you up. Eat food that is low in calories but fulfilling.

Use McDonald's food as an example and you'll understand. Try to answer the following questions. I'll post the answer tomorrow. This truth will help you eat smarter next time.

1. We think that all hamburgers are the same. Well, not really. The hamburger that has the highest calories at McDonald's contains how many times the calories of the hamburger with the least calories?

contrary to common misconception, M is actually almost the only place I can get a fast lunch that is affordable, with more protein than carb and with lots of vegetables.
