碎料但忠心的事奉
在永恆的觀照下，世間的事情和爭拗都變得碎料和無聊。事奉不也是這樣嗎？最終見主面要「埋單」時，祂要求的是有忠心。正如倫理神學家Stanley Hauerwas，在2001年被時代週刊形容為美國最傑出的神學家時，他回應道：Best is not a theological category! Faithful or unfaithful are the right categories. The last thing in the world I'd want to be is the best.
